6-Day ADV Bike Tour through Bosnia-Herzegovina

During this 6-day tour, you will be introduced to the fantastic mountains and breathtaking landscapes of Bosnia-Herzegovina. We will show you beautiful, small, old villages, ride along impressive lakes and enjoy the view of picturesque bays where you can cool off if you get the chance.

Day 1: Arrival in Kupres
Today is your arrival day and we are looking forward to welcoming you to our cozy guesthouse. Here you will have time to familiarize yourself with the surroundings and get to know the other participants. Our professional, local tour guides will then join us for dinner and we will discuss the itinerary and routes for the next few days together.

Day 2: Let's get started
After breakfast, we'll have a short briefing and a quick training session on the rental bike, exploring the surroundings of Kupres for the first time. You'll set off on sleepy forest roads that lead us south into one of the most beautiful landscapes in central Bosnia. And if there's still time, we'll take a detour on our motorcycles to a small Bosnian village.

Day 3: Between mountains and bays
The second day of riding shows you the vast meadows of the region. You will be guided through untouched countryside and can experience and enjoy the fantastic mountain panorama. Our destination for the day will be a secluded bay. We will take a break there, where you can recharge your batteries and let the overwhelming impressions of the day sink in. From there, we return to Kupres and end the day with a cozy dinner around the campfire.

Day 4: Up- and downhill ride on the adventure bike
After a hearty breakfast, you will be taken inland today, where we will visit an old shepherd's village called Prokoso Jezero. You will ride on challenging gravel roads up to an altitude of 1650 meters, where you can put your riding skills to the test and really get your adrenaline pumping. Until then, we will pass through beautiful mountain villages with their friendly inhabitants and gain an insight into local life. A traditional lunch also awaits us in one of the dreamy villages.

Day 5: Off to Lake Rama
Today we will start our journey to perhaps the most beautiful lake in Europe, Ramsko Jerero (also known as Lake Rama), which offers an unforgettable view with its small islands and foothills. Our route to the unique terraced town of Rama takes us along lonely gravel paths and past romantic villages. After a detour to an enchanting bay and - if you like - a refreshing dip, we will be able to sample traditional Bosnian delicacies in the “Opas Konoba” restaurant on the lakeshore.

Day 6: Departure from Kupres
Now it's time to say goodbye and make your way home. On your journey home, you can indulge in your memories and perhaps make new plans for your next vacation.
