8 days motorcycle tour through Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina

Croatia, a country with almost unlimited possibilities to have a lot of fun with the motorcycle. Whether on the legendary coastal road, on the pass of the Velebit National Park, past Roski Slap or Veliki Prolog, Five exciting motorcycle tours crisscross this fantastic area of Europe await you. Depending on the weather, everything can take place exactly as planned, or we may have to reschedule. In Velebit, for example, there could be snow even at the end of April and the road might be closed, while it could already be 15 °C at the top of the mountain pass too. But since we have prepared many beautiful tours for you, there is always an alternative.

Day 1: Arrival in Vodice (Dalmatia)
After your arrival in Dalmatia, you can move into your accommodation and enjoy the rest of your day exploring the area on your own.

Day 2: Roski Slap
Today we will ride a smaller round on our motorcycles so that you can get used to the different types of roads. This way we will also see in which pace we want to move in the coming days. We will ride around the Krk National Park, past Roski Slap, have a leisurely lunch and come back to Vodice in the afternoon over the bridge of Sibenik.

Day 3: Gospic Karlobag
After a hearty breakfast, our motorcycle vacation leads us through the back country of the Zadar region along wonderfully winding country roads towards Gospic. After a tasty snack we take the motorcycle to continue our tour via Orobac back to Vodice.

Day 4: Velebit
Today you have to get up early and wear warmer gear. We are heading towards the Velebit National Park. On our motorcycles, we ride up to 1300 meters and then down to the coast. The panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea with a view of the Croatian islands of Pag and Raab is a pleasure. From there we ride with our motorcycle along the coastal road, a pleasure for every motorcyclist, which offers one of the best sections of the Magistrale up from Karlobag.

Day 5: Rest day

Day 6: Kravic waterfalls
Today, our motorcycle tour takes us in the direction of Herzegovina, where we visit the Kravice waterfalls. We first ride behind the coastal mountains and then through beautiful high roads towards Bosnia & Herzegovina. Breathtaking views await you on this route, as well as lots of curves of course. In the afternoon we will arrive at the waterfalls where we will have a delicious dinner and end the day with an overnight stay. Your motorcycle parks safely on the private property.

Day 7: Skywalk
After breakfast we ride on the motorcycle in the direction of Ploce, along the coast to just before Makarska, where we ride up to Sveti Jure. At the Skywalk you can enjoy an incredible view that is unparalleled. After a little refreshment we continue along the picturesque Croatian coast in the direction of Split, where we make a detour into the coastal mountain range. In the evening we are back in Vodice.

Day 8: Departure (or rest day with the booking of the Dubrovnik Option)

Extra Day 1: Dubrovnik
We ride with the motorcycle to Dubrovnik and spend the evening in the fantastic, historic old town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since Game of Thrones, these ancient walls are even more famous in the world, but it is also a really amazing beautiful place.

Extra Day 2: Homeward
In the morning we ride our motorcycles up to a small road to enjoy a cup of coffee with a view over the whole city of Dubrovnik. Then we make our way back on our motorcycles to Vodice.

Extra Day 3: Departure
Now the motorcycle holiday is over for you too and it's time to make your way home. We wish you a wonderful journey home, we are also happy to give you tips for particularly beautiful routes.
