Tour itinerary:

Day 1: A breathtaking start to the adventure
At 09:00, we leave everyday life behind us and immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Munții Apuseni. From the very first bend, this stage takes us along winding roads and high plateaus with spectacular panoramic views - a foretaste of the adventures that await us in the coming days.

Day 2: The thrill of the bends
On the second day of our journey, the route takes us to the impressive Lacul Vidra, a lake that nestles harmoniously into the surrounding mountains. The route there is a real dream for all curve lovers and is guaranteed to send you into a real cycling frenzy. In the evening, we relax in the tranquillity of nature and enjoy the view of the majestic mountains, which round off the day perfectly.

Day 3: Across the Carpathians to Eastern Transylvania
Today's route takes us through the endless curves of eastern Transylvania and over the majestic Carpathian Mountains - a riding pleasure that is in no way inferior to the previous day. We reach the region around Odorheiu Secuiesc, where the landscape is characterized by pristine beauty and cultural diversity. A day full of riding fun and nature experiences awaits us!

Day 4: Through the Bicaz Gorge to Sovata
A special highlight awaits us today: our route takes us along the impressive Lacul Izvorul Muntelui, Romania's largest reservoir, directly into the dramatic Bicaz Gorge. Here, the over 100-metre-high, vertical rock faces in the 10-kilometre-long gorge attract everyone's attention and ensure an unforgettable riding experience. After passing the pass road, we reach the mystical Lacul Roșu before finally reaching our destination for the day, Sovata - an ideal place to end a spectacular day.

Day 5: Via the legendary Transfăgărășan
A highlight of every trip to Romania awaits us today: the famous Transfăgărășan! We cross the Carpathian Mountains for the third time and experience the spectacular hairpin bends and breathtaking views of this legendary road. It's all about full concentration and keeping a watchful eye on the tour guide - his instructions are crucial. Because we are not alone along the route: the forests are the living room of the mighty bears, which all too often eye passers-by with curiosity. But beware - these fascinating animals are unpredictable and remind us that we are traveling in their wild, original home.

Day 6: The majestic Transalpina
We board the Transalpina, Romania's highest pass road, which winds through the Transylvanian Alps and offers incomparable views at an altitude of over 2,100 meters. This spectacular panoramic road, also known as Drum național 67C, connects the Gorj region in Lesser Wallachia with Alba in Transylvania and offers a unique riding experience as we cross the Carpathians for the fourth time. It often stays cool up here even in summer, so make sure you bring warm clothes to fully enjoy the ride. We reach Petroșani in the evening and round off this impressive day in comfort.

Day 7: The crowning finale
The adventure is far from over! The last 260 kilometers of our journey will make your biker heart beat faster once again. On winding roads, we reach our starting point in Avram Iancu, Vârfurile, in the late afternoon. Our unforgettable tour through the natural beauty of Romania ends here - with a wealth of new impressions and memories that you won't soon forget.
