11-days travel enduro tour through Armenia
During this travel enduro tour, you will visit the ancient temple in Garni, enjoy some delicious, freshly-caught fish at the beach of lake Sevan and take a ride on Europe's longest cable car in Armenia.
After arriving in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, you will check-in at your hotel and have some time to get acquainted with your new surrounding before going for a first city tour. Afterwards, we'll take a look at the motorbikes you will be riding during our tour and then, we will have dinner.
After breakfast, we'll ride towards the Geghard Monastery and on our way, we'll stop at the ancient temple in Garni. From the Geghard Monastery onwards, we'll ride uphill to the Byurakan Observatory and the Yezidi nomadic herders. Afterwards, we'll stop at lake Kari Lich before heading to the meteorologists. Here, we'll enjoy the evening.
We start our tour by riding northwards to the waterfall Trchkan at Shirakamut and then take a dirt road to Stepanavan, where we will visit the fortress Lori Bird. We will spend the night in Stepanavan.
On the fourth day of our tour, we will ride to the village Odzun. After our arrival, we will quickly visit the village's impressive 6th century monastery. Our tour leads us further through the Debed River gorge before we reach the Haghpat monastery. We will have dinner and spend the night in Ijevan.
Our day starts with a ride along a dirt road to the village of Navur and from there onwards to the lake Parz Lich. We will enjoy the marvelous landscape during a short break in a café nearby before heading to the Tezhler resort, where we will enjoy some traditional folk music and spend the night.
After breakfast, we head to the village of Molokans, Semenovka. From there onwards, our next stop is the picturesque peninsula of lake Sevan. At a nearby restaurant on the beach, we will try some fresh fish from the lake while taking a break and recovering from our ride. We head to the medieval cemetery in the Noradus village and from there on ride through the Selim pass to Yeghegnadzor. On our way, we will take a quick break at the caravanserai on the silk road. In the evening, we will reach Yeghegnadzor, where we will spend the night.
After taking the M2 highway to the Shaki waterfall near Sisian, we head to the old settlement of Khndzoresk. Afterwards, we'll ride to a place known as the Karahunj Stonehenge. In the evening, we will reach Goris, where we will spend the night.
Just like the day before, we start our day with a ride along the M2 highway up to the fork of the road near the Shurnukh village. Taking a dirt road with numerous serpentines running through picturesque mountains, we will reach Bgheno-Noravank, a small church by the road. From the village Shinuayr onwards, we will head towards the Tatev monastery. Here, you have the possibility of riding to the monastery and back on Europe's longest cable car. After the visit to the monastery, we will ride to the city of Kapan through some mountain villages and on our way pass the lake Kashuni.
After breakfast, we will depart from Kapan to the south through the Shikahogh reserve towards the Iranian border. Taking a big loop, we will ride back on beautiful mountain roads to go back to Kapan and from there onwards to Goris.
Today, we will return to Yerevan. On our way, we will ride along a scenic road passing the bottom of the canyon and leading us to the Noravank church complex. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner in Yerevan before spending our last day of the tour there.
After breakfast, you will be transfered to the airport and fly back home.
You can ride the tour on one of our rental motorcycles (usually Yamaha XT660, 4-stroke, Kawasaki LKR650, 4-stroke or Suzuki DR650SE, 4-stroke). As opposed to our other tours, where you need to be at least 18 years old, the minimum age required for this tour is 21 years.

The minimum number of participants for this trip is x persons. However, if you only want to book y – z tickets, that is fine as well.
